Jonas hacía dinero jugando al póker mientras que Martin estudiaba Ingeniería Cibernética en la Universidad Noruega de Ciencias y Tecnología. Martin tuvo la idea de automatizar la búsqueda de ventajas en apuestas deportivas y desarrolló la primera versión del producto llamado Edgebet. Luego, Tobias y Marius se unieron al equipo después de conocer a Martin en la universidad mientras estudiaban juntos en el Departamento de Emprendedurismo.
